I gained 3lbs. I have neglected my blog. I forgot to send my Read It Swap It book. I have no motivation for work. I am too exhausted for sex. I chipped my tooth.
awwww, I know how it is to have a sucky week or month, the way I get myself out of a funk is to fix one of those things on my list. Even if its just one a week. It helps to look at things indivually instead of as a whole huge pile of stress and mess. It always helps calm me and get me back to where I need to be.
The tooth thing...I have no idea what I chipped it on. It's not visible, but it rubs against my tongue and annoys me (or is it that I can't stop rubbing my tongue against it?)
Yeah, can't stop rubbing your tongue against it. I had my front teeth cracked and had veneers put on them. One of the veneers cracked later and it's been bugging me ever since. I just don't want to go spend another four hours in the dentist chair with all that grinding and stuff... Crap...
